DisruptHR at the Birmingham AI Summit: Pioneering Insight and Inspiration for HR Leaders

Disrupt HR Birmingham took centre stage at the Birmingham AI Summit held at Aston University on 1st May, providing HR professionals with valuable insights on the transformative role artificial intelligence (AI) plays in the future of work. Featuring a lineup of industry thought leaders and HR experts, the event sparked discussions on AI’s potential to reshape employee engagement, recruitment, and people development.

Kul Mahay, organiser of the Human Centred Leadership Conference, was one of the event’s key speakers. He highlighted the critical role of HR leaders in embracing technological advancements while maintaining the human touch in the workplace.
