Disrupt HR Birmingham is set to take centre stage at the Human Centred Leadership Conference (HCLC) 2025, offering a high-energy session of lightning talks designed to inspire new thinking on leadership, workplace engagement, and company culture. Taking place this May at the Reach Conference Centre in Derby, the event promises to captivate attendees with dynamic insights and actionable strategies for transforming leadership in the modern workplace.

The Disrupt HR Birmingham session will feature six thought leaders from HR and L&D, each challenging traditional leadership practices and promoting the creation of more inclusive, human-centred workplaces.
