INTRODUCTION The Modern Slavery Act 2015 is aimed at protecting victims of slavery and human trafficking. Whilst not legally obliged to report on modern slavery and human trafficking, we are committed to transparency within our organisation and supply chains in accordance with section 54(1) of the act. This statement includes the steps we have taken and will continue to take to minimise possible risk of slavery and human trafficking.

ABOUT US My Staff Shop is the UK's only employee-owned employee benefit provider. We help employers help employees to stretch their salaries with discounted shopping as well as providing resources and support for physical and mental wellbeing. We pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative way of working, putting the interest of our clients and their employees at the heart of everything we do. We have one head office and one satellite office.

POLICY ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
We are committed to ensuring that no modern slavery or human trafficking is in our business or those we have a business relationship with. The Equality & Diversity Policy and Code of Conduct are our commitments to fair employment practices and diversity. We are fully committed to looking after our colleagues' wellbeing and creating and maintaining a workplace culture on fairness, honesty and integrity. Our recruitment process requires legal document identification, right to work documentation and individual bank account details. My Staff Shop is part of a group company that is a Living Wage Foundation accredited Living Wage Employer.

DUE DILIGENCE
We consider our business to be of very low risk with regard to modern slavery and human trafficking. We do not recruit outside of the UK. Our recruitment is carried out directly and we do not use agency workers. Our supply chains consist of approved specialist partners within the UK, providing B2B discounted gift cards, mental and physical wellbeing resources and support and salary sacrifice schemes.Due diligence is carried out on organisations prior to approval of partnerships.
