Staff Rewards and Insurance Sales Executive Greater Manchester
£24,000 To £38,400 (Permanent)
As a vital member of the team you will attend the work sites of major corporate clients throughout the North West talking to employees and spreading the good news. You will present a range of benefits chosen by the client, including Health cash plans and Critical illness insurances, as well as any corporate benefits the company provides to them, such as shopping/cinema discounts and cycle to work schemes.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
– A confident and outgoing personality. If you don’t like approaching and speaking to people, this is not for you!
– Bundles of enthusiasm
– A business mentality and the ability to self motivate – this role requires the candidate to work independently for large periods of time
– Strong organisational skills – you will be responsible for networking your patch and will be responsible for your own diary (help is provided)
– A driving ambition and hunger to succeed whilst being judged by results in a true meritocracy
– The ability to remain resolute when the going gets tough – this can be a varied role and you must be able to take ‘the rough with the smooth’ and have the determination to remain focussed and see the end result
If you consider yourself to be a standout individual with a real prospect of earning a full time equivalent of £50k+ in 2-3 years time, then we would love to hear from you.
Full training will be provided, consisting of a week’s intensive course at their head office in Shropshire and subsequent field training and monitoring.
This role involves travelling throughout the North West with occasional overnight stays. A company car or car allowance will be provided so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Account Manager

Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (dependent upon experience) + bonus, 6% Employers Pension contribution, up to 33 holidays per annum. (Year 1 OTE up to £30,000)

The main focus of this role is our existing clients but there is an opportunity to earn a profit related bonus through business development of new clients.

The Role Involves:
– Creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts via all communication channels, including travelling to face-to-face client meetings across the country.
– Offering consultative advice to clients, creating and presenting solution based proposals.
– Business development to acquire new clients

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
– Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with both new and existing clients.
– Collaborating with departments such as operations, marketing and customer services to ensure client needs are delivered.
– Data analysis.
– Proactively keeping up to date with current industry trends and changes.
– Research a pipeline target list of future prospect clients.
– Follow up and engage with new client enquiries.

The Candidate:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Good organisational skills
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Hands-on, get it done attitude and a strong and engaged team player.
– Proactive with ideas for service and product development with enthusiasm to learn and grow.
– A full clean driving license with access to your own car.

This role is for 22.75 hours per week over 3 days. However, we will be flexible for the right candidate.
